Summary: Support Titleist Golf Gear's transition from M3 to SAP S4 HANA ERP platform. Partner with teams throughout the Gear Division to execute end-to-end change plans that support business goals, to ensure alignment and success of SAP launch and minimize any disruptions and increasing end user adoption across business and technical functions.


Responsibilities:



  • Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment across business processes and technical functions for Titleist Gear's adoption of SAP S4 HANA. Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organization change for program is planned and executed optimally.

  • Ensure all Stock and Custom Gear information is prepared for Global product launches, inclusive of Club Glove and Titleist Apparel. This includes coordinating across R&D, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create and maintain appropriate product information throughout product lifecycle.

  • Assess magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption.

  • Deliver on all areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement. Consult and coach program teams in organizational and business change standards.

  • Oversee and manage incoming support tickets, delegating and prioritizing effectively.

  • Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

  • Functional experience in SAP S4 HANA Master Data, Order to Cash, Forecast to Produce, and Procure to Pay. Practical experience with organizational change management, including people, process, and technology change.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems including experience working with ERP system(s) (SAP/Infor M3 preferred). Previous technical training experience and strong Ad-Hoc reporting experience with the knowledge of the logic behind it is required. Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, Cognos 10 Report Studio and Workspace Advanced. Intermediate to Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint. Previous Golf, Customer Service, and/or Sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Able to sit for long periods of time and listen/talk on the telephone.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP principles, practices, and procedures, specifically in SAP.

  • Must possess exceptional technical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging programs/software.
