Collibra Lead Consultant at Infosys Limited in Austin, Texas

Job Description:

Infosys is looking for a Collibra Lead Consultant with specialization in implementing Data Governance on Collibra including Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Lineage and Data Quality to meet client objectives across regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and internal change management on data. The position entailed will be a key anchor for data governance implementations in an Agile SDLC manner, to ensure value creation for our clients on Collibra implementation in the organization. You will be managing the interaction with key client stakeholders and applying your subject matter expertise in data governance and Collibra across different stages of SDLC including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition, Asset Model, Collibra Organization Structure, Collibra Operating Model and Workflow Design.

Required Qualifications -

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to any of these locations.


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.


• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience


• 4 years of Collibra expertise in Data Governance Operating Model, and Data Asset Lifecycle Management, Data Market Place, including best practices in these areas with respect to Collibra and Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud


• 2 years of experience in defining Critical Data Elements (CDEs), also called Key Data Elements (KDEs), their definition, management across the business processes, applications, and systems present.


• Proven experience in Data Quality Rules definition, application, and implementation across the key Data Quality dimensions like Accuracy, Completeness, Consistency, Validity and Uniqueness


• Experience in building E2E data lineage using source-target data mappings, transformation logic for traceability of critical data for regulatory compliance, audits, and transparency of data


• Strong Knowledge in Data Analysis using Excel spreadsheets, SQL queries for analysis of metadata, and/or data as part of the data governance implementation.

• Certifications in Collibra (Solution Architect, Data Steward, Collibra Ranger) is preferred


• Knowledge in Change Management across Change Initiation, Impact Analysis, Change Validation, Change Implementation and Change Communication.


• Strong communication skills including high level communication, and stakeholder presentation to drive Collibra adoption, business sponsorship and leadership review


• Strong commitment to excellence in project delivery and learnability to adapt to changing client needs across client requirements, technology, market landscape and Infosys strategy


• Problem solving skills to overtake day-day problems in implementation, resolve dependencies with business/ technology, and pursuance to accomplish project delivery amidst challenges


• Excellent team player in working or managing teams focused upon value delivery and client satisfaction with the project implementation and services delivered to the client


• Experience working in a Global Delivery environment with team members, project lead, client stakeholders spread across the globe to accomplish project goals


• The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below locations will be -
Sunnyvale, CA - $104,153 to $190,379
