Job Summary | The William T. Young Library is looking for a self-motivated, customer focused problem solver to join our team as the Circulation 3rd Shift Supervisor (Library Technician Senior). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • managing the book & AV stacks • providing excellent customer service • supervising & training student workers • managing Circulation operations • assisting with basic reference inquiries • managing other 3rd shift duties at the William T. Young Library This position is also a liaison with the contract security guard and assists in covering the ID table, may do building rounds, and may handle various issues occurring during 3rd shift. During the Spring and Fall semesters, hours for this position are Sunday–Thursday, 11pm – 7am. Hours during summer and semester breaks will vary depending on hours the building is open. |
