Job Summary | The Office of Student Organizations and Activities at the University of Kentucky is searching for a meticulous individual to offer comprehensive support to our vibrant UK campus community. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of departmental accounts through monthly income reconciliation. Your responsibilities will extend to managing client ticketing requirements, overseeing ticketing operations and upholding the highest standards of financial accuracy and internal controls. Moreover, you’ll be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our diverse clientele, including departments, colleges and most importantly, our registered and sponsored student organizations and individual students. As the cornerstone of our Box Office operations, you’ll administer our ticket platform with efficiency and precision. A core aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with the University of Kentucky DanceBlue, WRFL, and Student Activities Board sponsored student organizations- as well as other registered and sponsored student organizations, to deliver unparalleled customer service and support for student events and programs. We’re seeking an individual who not only possesses a keen eye for detail and knack for processes but also has a genuine commitment to student development and student services.
