Job Description:

Omnichannel Store Associate are the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. This role learns all aspects of working in a store, including finding the right solutions to fit each customer's needs. This role also assists with order retrieval, shipping, stocking, merchandising, and inventory management. Omnichannel Store Associates are given the full training necessary to recommend the right products and services to each customer. This includes fundamentals of delivering world-class service to every customer. This role is trained across all areas of the store and gets to learn about new and exciting product categories as they are developed.
