JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise an Inside Sales team for the ADI Global Distribution organization. You will apply your management skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will drive metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets, and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective Sales team. Help Resideo be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Sales function. Grow your knowledge of Resideo products to drive a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

JOB DUTIES:


  • Supervise Sales team activities
  • Collect and Report Performance Metrics
  • Develop Sales Team
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Assign and Manage Projects

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field
