Senior Engineering Manager, New Castle, DE Lead engrs to spprt mfg/prdct dvlpmnt prcss to solve tchncl issues; Serve as intgrl part of prdct dvlpmnt prcss, & cnfrm transition of ideas/prdcts into mfg; Direct prdct testing, create/mntr testing prtcls to ensure end-user stsfctn, mntn cstmr tstng stndrds & mng Cont Imprvmnt Projs; Dvlp test mthds/exprmnts to validate dsgns, dvlp prdct prfrmnc bnchmrks & idntfy sgnfcnt fctrs; Create/mntn dept KPIs to align w/COs goals & idntfy/implmnt CTQs across prdct ctgrs; Cllbrt w/prdct mgrs/dsgnrs to strmln/imprv dvlpmnt prcsss & estblsh prcss flow for auto/semi-auto prdctn lines; Review engg COs for prdct chngs or enhncmnts & explr/dtrmn qlty-rel cncrns in dmstc/imprt mfg; Oversee dvlpmnt of instrctn sheets/cntnt for a prtfl of prdcts. Req: MS in Industrial/Mechanical Engg or equiv. Min 2-yr exp in prdct dsgn & dvlpmnt.
