How You Will Contribute to Cable One's Success:


  • Manage all aspects of the company's fleet, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize vehicle usage, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs.

  • Oversee the procurement and management of fuel cards, ensuring timely issuance and resolution of any issues.

  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors, including those providing GPS devices, vehicle tracking systems, and maintenance services.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle maintenance, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Analyze data related to vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide timely and knowledgeable assistance to drivers and other stakeholders regarding fleet-related inquiries and issues.

  • Develop and implement training programs to promote safe driving practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications


  • 7+ years' experience

  • HS or AA Degree

  • BS / BA Degree preferred
