ICL Specialty Products Inc. seeks f/t Global Product Manager, Alternative Proteins-Texturates in St. Louis, MO to drive the growth of Alternative Proteins business & dev. North American & Global opportunities that help strengthen & significantly expand business; full global responsibility for Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) product line (PL) from manufacturing to commercialization; work closely w/Global Alternative Proteins Leader, application team, & sales & marketing teams; deliver sales revenue goal for TVP PL; update strategy for PL; oversee sales pipeline; dev. customer projects for alternative proteins accts. for PL in conjunction w/sales team; support sales team w/presentations to top alternative proteins customer targets; dev. marketing collateral for PL; assist w/trade shows and trade comms. for PL; dev. pricing structure for PL; work w/supply chain team to ensure sourcing of required raw materials, manufacturing of finished product, & transportation logistics to customer; manage qualification process for PL for key customers; work w/R&D team to dev. next generation products to supplement PL; consult w/regional counterparts on all aspects of PL; communicate progress on PL to Global Alternative Proteins Leader & other key stakeholders. Requires BS in Bus., Eng, Food Science, or Chemistry & 8 yrs exp as Product Manager, Plant Engineer, Process Engineer or related occup. in food ingredient indus. to include 2 yrs exp in alternative protein indus. incl. PL management; product pricing analysis; product development strategy; supply chain & raw material management; sales pipeline tracking; & prod. innovation mgmt. Approx. 30% domestic/intl travel req.
