Atlas Post Acute is hiring a PRN LPN!

Atlas Post Acute specializes in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.

Shifts Available: PRN - 6 am - 6 pm & 6 pm - 6 am

We are currently looking for LPNs to join our team. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university or an approved LPN/LVN program.


• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado


• CPR certification


• Ability to work 12 hour shifts

This position provides direct nursing care to our residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

Rate Range $29-$35.25
