Borough of Downingtown Code Enforcement Manager The Borough of Downingtown is seeking a qualified Code Enforcement Manager/Residential Building Inspector who will be responsible for reviewing and processing residential building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical permit applications, contractor registrations and building inspections. This position will also be responsible for oversight of certain Codes Department operations and supervision of administrative staff and property maintenance inspector. Applicants must have a PA Uniform Construction Code or International Code Council Residential Building Inspector Certification and the ability to obtain the Building Code Official Certification within a year of date of hire. BCO certification preferred. Exceptional administrative and organizational skills and ability to multi-task is imperative in this position.
