About the Role

Essity Health and Medical is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building in the U.S. region.  The ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.  We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. What You Will Do

• JOBST Lymphology brand owner, overall responsible of Brand P/L, brand building and profitable market share development


• Leads annual brand plans, owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in collaboration with Marketing Activation Manager


• Responsible for marketing U.S. implementation, collaborating with Digital Activation Manager to maximize digital & paid media


• Collaborates with Global Communications and U.S. Activation team to implement Brand & Innovation campaigns, tracking and corrective actions


• Briefs Marketing Activation Manages about annual brand plan.


• Owns Brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance. Drives Assortment initiatives together with global partners


• Brand Building expert toward health care providers, payers, clinicians, and consumers.


• Identifies and supports generation of required clinical evidence for allocated product range and therapy areas


• Expert in capturing consumers and customers insights


• Provides feedback to the global brand strategy

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree


• 3+ years’ experience in a Brand Management or Product Management role in healthcare, preferred


• Lymphology experience, a plus


• Financial acumen and understanding


• Strong communication and collaborative skills


• Ability to set Marketing Plans


• Ability to project manage and lead workstreams


• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic


• Travel up to 30%
