About the Role:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a Director of Examinations (BSA/AML) to oversee Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) examinations and continuous monitoring activities for state member banks, bank holding companies, and foreign banking organizations assigned to the Eleventh District. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President of Supervisory Risk, provide direct supervision to a team of BSA/AML examiners/risk specialists, and handle all aspects of staffing including hiring, employee development, coaching, and feedback/performance management. This position supports the Dallas Fed's banking supervision and regulation activities through collaboration with other managers, regulatory agencies, and Board of Governors staff to support scheduling, planning, and completion of examination and supervisory work.

This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process. Dallas is the location for this position. Local and out-of-state travel up to 10% may be required.
This position requires access to confidential supervisory information and/or FOMC information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals" as defined in the U.S. federal immigration law. Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents who either are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization or who have applied for naturalization within the requisite timeframe.
