Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service/Inventory Clerk for a leading organization in Mount Vernon, WA

This position is On-site
We have job openings: 2nd Shift- 11am-7pm
Pay for this position is $19/hr
As a Customer Service Rep you will:
- Bill shipments with applicable tariffs and pricing
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Monitor progress of delivery routes and communicate this with the customers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and billing
- Monitor Inventory and work with Warehouse team to track over/shorts and dispose of damaged product
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School or GED
- Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
- Positive Attitude
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Inventory Control
- Previously worked in Transportation
