Job Description:

The Senior Corporate Accountant reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting and works closely with the corporate and field accounting teams and the financial, planning & analysis team. Key Responsibilities:

• Preform month end close processes, preparing journal entries and performing assigned account reconciliations.


• Prepares reconciliations of general ledger accounts for ERP systems.


• Performs analysis on inventory accounts and cost


• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.


• Prepares reports for external audit.


• Own assigned Balance sheet reconciliations.


• Own assigned P & L Variance accounts,


• Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts from multiple ERP systems.


• Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets of the Company to the financials.


• Maintains and balances cash accounts.


• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.


• Ensures that deadlines are met in accordance with closing dates set by management.


• Maintains strictest confidentiality. Exercises discretion and independent judgment on significant matters following established accounting principles and best practices.
