We are looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic team member who can effectively communicate and build relationships with clients to better understand the needs of their business.

This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days per week spent in the office.

Job Duties:

  • Contact current clients from a defined account list to identify business needs and potential opportunities.
  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to customers and the sales team.
  • Identifying opportunities and promoting products and services to increase sales.
  • Manage requests for documentation including estimates, quotes, agreements etc.
  • Building and establishing relationships with key clients.
  • Ensuring that all calls are logged accurately with contact details, follow up dates or other actions required.
  • Updating SF.Com & D365 Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Managing Service Requests from D365.
  • Assisting and supporting the Service Sales Team and passing potential leads.
  • Regular reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Self-directed; ability to follow directions and complete work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive with the ability to take the initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Good planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable history of excellent customer service, ideally in a technology setting.
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience would be highly beneficial.

Language Requirements:

  • Both written and spoken fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus.

Other Information:

  • Full training will be provided and you will be paired with a team mentor.
  • This territory will cover the European area, but is subject to changed based on business needs.
  • This is a full time role.
  • Hours are to be determined, but may require flexibility to align with European time zones.
