Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is working with a California-based firm in its search for a Litigation Secretary to work from their Downtown San Diego location.


Firm offers a competitive salary for mid- to senior-levels of experience and full benefits package including 401k! This will be an onsite role in Downtown with parking covered, but may allow 1 day WFH once established.


Firm handles general civil litigation from the defense-side. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of expereince supporting multiple attorneys on a desk, familar with:


- state and federal filing


- TOA and TOC creation


- attorney time entry and expense processing


- programs such as iManage, InTapp and others
