Handle a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
Investigate and respond to claimant inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Perform data entry to transcribe information from phone calls.
Assist in troubleshooting data irregularities.
Make callback calls to individuals who left voicemails.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Assist with invoicing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Confident and quick learner with attention to detail.
Must have excellent attendance and reliability.
Minimum 1 year of call center or office experience (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.

Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: 100% in-office, Chanhassen
Type: Contract position, targeting a start date of Monday, July 15th for several weeks/months
