Come join the Point-of-Sale team where you will be part of a fast-paced team working on the POS system. You will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams and product management to analyze and write user stories to develop features that consider user experience, accessibility, performance, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability. Under general guidance, this position is responsible for developing project plans, managing projects, monitoring project performance, and developing implementation plans for highly complex technology solutions.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Lead team in the development of project plans, estimation of projects, project management, monitoring project performance, and development of implementation plans

  • Ability to lead teams using Scrum/Agile methodology

  • Act as liaison between business side and software developers

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure an understanding of project goals

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to document business and system requirements, user stories, and refine product backlog for highly complex technology solutions under general guidance; ensure work performed is in line with business strategy

  • Provide subject matter expertise on business rules and processes to technical lead, test lead and other team members

  • Analyze and document business processes, gather requirements based on those processes, and uncover areas for improvement

  • Provide leadership and work prioritization for projects monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience

  • 5+ years of IT experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.

  • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.


  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile/Scrum framework and its application in product development and delivery.

  • Experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)

  • Basic programming ability
