Job Description

CSCI is seeking an experienced Recruiter responsible for the recruitment of CSCI associates to the Public Sector. The candidate must be able to work independently while sourcing and proactively calling and screening qualified individuals, all while serving as the candidate advocate and ensuring best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the entire hiring process.Responsibilities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of CSCIs hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and talent expectations.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
  • Differentiate CSCI from other companies by creating a memorable candidate experience and provide above and beyond customer and candidate expectations.
  • Use creativity to develop tailored recruitment plans for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Attract and build robust candidate pipelines through job postings, sourcing, referrals, industry organizations, social media, and resume databases.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying information, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Improve CSCI brand, candidate experiences and recruiting processes by recommending new procedures based on industry best practices, emerging trends, and candidate feedback.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in inside sales, recruiting, staffing or business development with the ability to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, inter-personal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively with a sense of urgency and creativity.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Experienced in establishing positive relationships with prospective candidates/clients and within a team-based environment.
  • Possess motivation to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional presence is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
