Job Description:

Infosys Public Services is seeking an Oracle EBS Technology Lead to join our Oracle Practice.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):

• Create, and modify OA framework pages as per requirements


• Create new PL/SQL programs and BI Publisher reports


• Modify existing PL/SQL program and BI Publisher reports


• Troubleshoot any issues related to the Oracle EBS application


• New development, troubleshooting, Enhancement, and break-fix related to XML Publisher, OA framework, forms, reports, workflows, AME, Oracle SOA/REST API services, and Oracle APEX APIs.


• Manage Oracle SRs


• Understand and Document the current process


• Provide knowledge transfer to other team members


• Train the Team on XML Publisher, OA framework, forms, reports, workflows, AME, Oracle SOA/REST API services

Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.


• Perform all project-related activities communicated by the client and Infosys PM


• Follow the Client SDLC process and produce relevant documentation (as applicable) for each SDLC phase like technical specification documents, test plans, etc.


• Attend all project-related meetings with clients.


• Report any Risks and issues related to the Project timelines/deliverables to the customer and Infosys project manager as and when it is identified


• Candidate must be flexible on the work schedule for block points, P1/P2 - major incidents, etc.


• Must be online during business hours on the phone, email, teams, and Webex.


• Must promptly notify the team (as well as the Infosys reporting manager) of any planned and unplanned absences


• Must work in a pair-programming mode with other team members including Junior development resources on end-to-end development of BRs to provide on-the-job training and mentorship.

Educational Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
