Infosys Public Services is seeking an Oracle EBS Technology Lead to join our Oracle Practice.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
Create, and modify OA framework pages as per requirements
Create new PL/SQL programs and BI Publisher reports
Modify existing PL/SQL program and BI Publisher reports
Troubleshoot any issues related to the Oracle EBS application
New development, troubleshooting, Enhancement, and break-fix related to XML Publisher, OA framework, forms, reports, workflows, AME, Oracle SOA/REST API services, and Oracle APEX APIs.
Manage Oracle SRs
Understand and Document the current process
Provide knowledge transfer to other team members
Train the Team on XML Publisher, OA framework, forms, reports, workflows, AME, Oracle SOA/REST API services
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Perform all project-related activities communicated by the client and Infosys PM
Follow the Client SDLC process and produce relevant documentation (as applicable) for each SDLC phase like technical specification documents, test plans, etc.
Attend all project-related meetings with clients.
Report any Risks and issues related to the Project timelines/deliverables to the customer and Infosys project manager as and when it is identified
Candidate must be flexible on the work schedule for block points, P1/P2 - major incidents, etc.
Must be online during business hours on the phone, email, teams, and Webex.
Must promptly notify the team (as well as the Infosys reporting manager) of any planned and unplanned absences
Must work in a pair-programming mode with other team members including Junior development resources on end-to-end development of BRs to provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
