Lead creative direction for all Interstate web properties
Create design comps and wireframes as well as interactive prototypes
Work closely with Copywriter, Project Manager, Designers and others to ensure projects meet deadlines
Integrate various components such as animations, sounds, video, etc.
Participate in UAT, bug fixes and other troubleshooting
Member of the Agile team as a creative resource and styling expert
Design for conversion and usability, staying up-to-date on trends and best practices
Work with third party vendors to maintain current WCAG ADA compliance
Ensure the site appears properly on all target browsers and Internet devices (according to W3C standards), including Windows and Mac and mobile devices
Work with the IT team to ensure necessary back-end components are implemented on schedule
Own and maintain the web style guide for all web properties. Requires collaboration with in-house creative team to ensure brand standards are met across digital properties
Work with Web team to ensure best-in-class digital customer experience as well as maximize view time and conversions
