• Lead creative direction for all Interstate web properties
  
  

• Create design comps and wireframes as well as interactive prototypes
  
  

• Work closely with Copywriter, Project Manager, Designers and others to ensure projects meet deadlines
  
  

• Integrate various components such as animations, sounds, video, etc.
  
  

• Participate in UAT, bug fixes and other troubleshooting
  
  

• Member of the Agile team as a creative resource and styling expert
  
  

• Design for conversion and usability, staying up-to-date on trends and best practices
  
  

• Work with third party vendors to maintain current WCAG ADA compliance
  
  

• Ensure the site appears properly on all target browsers and Internet devices (according to W3C standards), including Windows and Mac and mobile devices
  
  

• Work with the IT team to ensure necessary back-end components are implemented on schedule
  
  

• Own and maintain the web style guide for all web properties. Requires collaboration with in-house creative team to ensure brand standards are met across digital properties
  
  

• Work with Web team to ensure best-in-class digital customer experience as well as maximize view time and conversions
