Responsible for payroll and scheduling (for assigned units)

Helps to ensure consistency of processes
Manage relevant databases as well as produce/maintain management data related to operational needs/projects
Supervises the daily activities of the Unit Coordinators (for assigned units)
Will handle basic office duties - inventory/ordering of supplies

Qualifications
What you need:
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of healthcare or related experience
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and demonstrated customer service skills required
5+ yeas of equivalent systems, management or supervisory leadership skills may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience with UKG Dimensions, PeopleSoft and Workday
Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
Ability to supervise the work of others in a lead capacity
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of hospital and non-hospital personal
Ability to foster a team environment and work as a team member
Basic financial and accounting skills preferred
Independent judgment needed to organize work and set priorities
Understanding of medical terminology
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to diverse roles as a member of the unit-based team
