Job Skills / Requirements
The QCR Officer is responsible ensuring all standards are met and procedures/policies are followed at client sites.
Provide the manager with a completed written report.
Perform security officer inspections
Respond to onsite vehicle issues; accidents, jump starts, etc.
Perform security checks of the outer perimeter at client locations as requested
Stand post in the event of an open post (only where current certifications allow)
Other duties as assigned.
Must be registered (or able to be registered) as a security officer in Virginia
Must have a drivers license and a good driving record.
A professional and polished demeanor and appearance
Must be highly flexible and the ability to work extended periods evenings, overnights and weekends
A minimum of three years of security or management experience is preferred.
Training certificates and certifications requirements (VA Security Officer Core Subjects 01E)
Ability to successfully pass a thorough background investigation and drug test
Position holder generally works in the field with clients and officers.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid VA Security License
