Position is responsible for monitoring 35 inbound and 24 outbound check image files daily, while addressing any error conditions and delays. Monitor internal movement of additional files for downstream applications and posting transactions to customers' accounts. Error tracking of issues daily for reporting into Hiperos, vendor management tracking system, for 5 applications/products. Support other business lines testing requirements that interphase with Item Processing. Investigate and resolve internal/external inquires timely to minimize customer impact. Update department procedures and BCP as directed by manager.
Manage banks courier as related to 5,000 stops per month and following up to resolution any deficiencies. Statistical compilation of areas volumes for trending and assist in budget numbers planning, and variance reporting. Routinely communicate both verbally and via email exchange with internal/external business partners. Also backup individual for manager.

Experience:

Proficient in Excel and word required.

Bank operations experience preferred.
