SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
The Director of Football Recruiting Operations is responsible for performing multiple functions directly related to the football recruiting process. This position is integral to recruiting at the high level expected of our football program in order to allow us to be competitive.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

* Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
* Working knowledge of Intercollegiate Athletics
* Working knowledge of NCAA rules
* At least two years of prior experience within a collegiate football program at Division 1 level and/or NFL experience
* At least two years of Division I athletic recruiting experience
* Supervisory experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Experience working in SEC and/or Power Five conference
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)

Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity., The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
