This role is focused on providing operational and analytical support to MITG finance, business and customer related incentive activities. MITG (Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) is comprised of the Surgical Innovations, Renal Care and Patient Monitoring and Recovery business segments.

A Day in the Life

  • You will assist and collaborate with team members domestically and internationally to ensure payments are accurate and meet contractual obligations

  • You will calculate and process complex incentives accurately

  • You will participate and/or facillitate discussions on new incentive models with business partners

  • You will provide proactive collaboration and support for Legal, Contract Development, Field Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to ensure rebate contract terms are executed accurately

  • You will test new rebate concepts to ensure systematic and financial accuracy

  • You will provide analytical reporting, business intelligence, and support to internal and external customers

  • Troubleshoot incentive calculations; conduct datamining to identify root cause

    Other Duties

  • As part of your daily work, you will manage multiple projects, deadlines and support our businesses

  • You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries using

  • You will proactively develop SOPs and work instructions per departmental standards to comply with audit requirements

  • You will provide ongoing support, guidance and training to extended offshore team

  • You will actively participate and contribute in process improvement activities

    Must Haves

  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of Business, Finance, Contract Management or related experience

  • High proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot tables, macros, VLookups) and MS Access

    Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting

  • Adaptable and responsive to multiple projects and changing priorities.

  • Good teamwork skills and effective communication with all levels of management

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision to determine and develop approaches to solutions

  • Demonstrated relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience using, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, or SAP Business Intelligence Tools

  • Pricing/Contract Management experience desirable


  • Occasional business travel may be required
