American Dining Creations is one of the largest privately held culinary and catering service providers in the United States. Our commitment to outstanding service and consistent innovation has been the key to our success and our impressive record of growth. We currently operate in over 35 cities across 15 states. Currently we are hiring for the position of Catering Sous Chef. The Catering Sous Chef will work directly with the Executive Chef to provide culinary support with all planned banquets and events with up to 1,000 + attendees.


Opportunity Overview:



  • Provide hands-on assistance and follow the Executive Chef to assist a team of over15 employees

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of event orders

  • Check the freshness of foods, order supplies and foods, conduct training, and check that the kitchen meets sanitation standards

  • Ensure that customers receive the correct orders in a timely fashion and field any complaints

  • Assist in menu tastings and presentations for events and caterings with 50 - 1,000+ guests

 Requirements:



  • Associate's Degree in Culinary Science or related certification preferred

  • 5+ years in a Sous Chef role

  • Superior communication and leadership skills

  • Able to work weekends
