What You Will Do:
The Technical Analyst’s primary focus will be working to solution, review and develop SFDC and custom extensions (as necessary) to the salesforce.com product and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems. The developer, in collaboration with the technology team will also help define how the solution will be implemented. Responsibilities include leading technical requirements gathering sessions, writing requirements and specification documents, any integration efforts and working with the solutions architect to determine the correct solution. As a key member of the IT organization, this role will be responsible and accountable for providing effective and efficient technical, functional, and reporting support for Salesforce. Overall, the SFDC Technical Analyst will need to analyze and develop solutions to business processes and changes that enable the business to function more effectively and efficiently. This role is hybrid, based out the Glendale, WI (Milwaukee market) Clarios headquarters. Travel up to 10%, if required by the business

The role for this position is to provide strategic technical direction, and hands-on development and administration of the global Salesforce product suite of tools, including, but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. The person in this role will be an expert with Force.com web application development, Salesforce.com integration methodologies and extensions, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Response (LWR), Lightning Bolts and other tools that extend the product (e.g. Google App Engine and Amazon Web Services) including the internationalization functionality in SFDC.
