The Client Service Analyst role is a great

you will work directly with some of the largest financial institutions in the
world (think banks), solving some of their most complex system issues. You will
work in one of our four product groups:

  • Fraud & Risk – Authorization Declines, Fraud
    Strategies, Credit Bureau Analysis

  • Core – Pricing & Rewards

  • Distributed – Client Websites &

  • Files & Reports – The Financial Information Hub for
    First Data

You Will (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide support to both internal and external

  • Research & resolve complex client issues within the
    designated product lines

  • Offer consultative servicing in order to meet client and
    company objectives

  • Foster and grow positive relationships with clients and
    internal departments

  • Act as the primary client point-of-contact for specific
    product inquiries and troubleshooting

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Excellent networking abilities

  • Superb writing and communication skills – an ability to
    adjust communication style for various levels of internal and external
