Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Director, Owned Assets, is responsible for strategic planning, development, execution and implementation related to website, Annuities and Life Insurance. They work with the ISG Marketing Team and internal Corporate Agency to devise the strategic direction for our owned assets in alignment with the Business Unit Strategy.  Web Directors plan, organize and lead the team to meet company standards and strategic goals.
Digital Marketing Director, Owned Assets, utilizes their knowledge of web technologies, techniques and best practices to help position the company's websites for the future. They maintain and develop a competent, productive and quality-conscious work force.
In this role you will:

  • Lead day to day activities for owned digital assets; (Annuities and Life Insurance) in alignment with strategy

  • Lead a team of two associates

  • Work with Content Team to ensure integrated Omni channel marketing

  • Provide data analysis, insight, decision making, and visualization

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing; specifically, owned assets

  • B2B, B2B2C, B2C experience preferred

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email to web campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization

  • Financial Services experience preferred
