Job Description:

Zoetis is looking for Robotics Business Analyst to join our Robotics Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Robotics Business Analyst will identify processes within the Zoetis Finance functions that can be simplified, digitized or eliminated by use of robotic process automation (RPA) and other technological tools (Excel, Access and others). The Robotics Business Analyst will report to the Robotics COE Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation

* Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail

* Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes for configuration of RPA solution

* Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize process for RPA software

* Create and maintain process definition documents (PDD)

* Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT

* Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and through potential process redesign

* Support the Robotics COE Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles

* Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to the Robotics COE Lead accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate

* May supervise, guide and direct the activities of other team members, as needed

TECHNICAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS: * Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements

* Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs

* A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes

* An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be

* An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram

* An aptitude for logic and mathematics

* The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind

* The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks

* An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error

* A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

* 5 - 7 years of relevant work in Financial Services with at least 2 years of programmer and/or analyst experience with finance/shared services processes and related systems and applications of varying scope and complexity

* Experience working with a Robotic Process Automation tool, preferably Automation Anywhere highly desired

* Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.

* Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)

* Experience and knowledge of change management principles

* Experience and skills in Project Management

* Experience with SAP

* Willingness to travel to other Zoetis locations, if necessary
