In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is -- Research Triangle Park, NC

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Scrum Master


  • Demonstrated ability to help teams commit to a set of tasks and timely delivery of the commitments

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Other Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are a plus

  • Resolves conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.

  • Guides PO to ensure Vision/Roadmap transparency, ensure team is aligned to these Goals & Objectives.

  • Provides metrics & status to Sr. management and represents true status of Scrum Team.

  • Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos & Team Retrospectives.

  • Guides PO in maintaining/grooming Backlog.

  • Deliver Outcomes – Demonstrate a bias for speed and execution with sense of urgency.

  • Operate as a Team Player – Work together to drive solutions.

  • Build Strong Partnerships – Demonstrate integrity and build trust with others.

  • Strive for Excellence – Motivate self and others to achieve high standards and continuously improve.

  • Effective communications skills: oral, written and listening.

  • Comfortable with a dynamic, fast paced work environment.

  • Ability to learn new tools / technologies.

  • Current experience with Rally.
Good to have skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management

  • Solid knowledge of Agile development techniques

  • Ability to translate technical input/concerns from team to business owners and stake holders

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

  • Record of empowering individuals to work in a team to deliver quality software on schedule

  • Experience in PEGA is PLUS

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
