Scope: 

An Internal Audit position
offers a chance to join a broadly diversified global insurance and reinsurance

function of the Internal Audit Department plays a vital role in evaluating the
design and effectiveness of control processes throughout the organization. Internal
Audit positions are highly visible, as the candidate will interact with all
levels of management when conducting the audit. This exposure makes it an

company.

Qualifications

Critical qualities to succeed
include the ability to take ownership, identify and recommend remediation for
issues, manage projects, develop relationships, as well as, the willingness/desire
to continuously build on insurance knowledge.    

 

What we are looking for:


  • Bachelors
    degree in Accounting/Finance

  • CPA
    or CIA desirable 

  • 3-10
    years’ relevant experience in an accounting, financial analysis, and/or
    auditing

  • Insurance
    Accounting/Financial knowledge preferred

  • Must
    demonstrate an orientation to results 

  • Ability
    to work effectively and independently with other disciplines and all
    levels of management/staff throughout the organization

  • Demonstrated leadership
    skills

  • Project management
    skills required

  • Previous supervisory
    skills

  • Excellent written and
    oral communications skills.

  • Willingness to travel up
    to 25%, with potential for international travel.

  • Computer literacy
    essential with knowledge of ACL a plus
