IMAGINE NEW HORIZONS

DELMIA Simulation & Equipment R&D Team delivers foundation software components used by various simulation applications of industrial equipment and fabrication processes (robotics, machining, ergonomics ).

In this internship, you will learn/test some of the applications described above and will help develop CAA APIs, use cases & documentation. You will gain experience with software development processes and tools used in a well-established & highly rated software company.

This is a paid internship spanning from January 2019 through April 2019 in the Dassault Syst mes Auburn Hills offices located at 900 N Squirrel Rd Suite 100, Auburn Hills, MI.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE*

Developing, documenting and testing C++/VB APIs delivered in the team s CAA toolkit.

Designing and delivering Quality Assessment tests for various software components managed by the team.

Participating in weekly team meetings, design reviews.

YOUR CHALLENGES AHEAD

Learning Dassault Syst mes development environment and tools.

Learning DELMIA s Digital Manufacturing software, especially the robotics applications. YOUR KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree, or PhD program majoring in Engineering or Computer Science, for the duration of the internship

Attains a minimum cumulative GPA 3.0

Works onsite at Dassault Syst mes Auburn Hills MI location, for the duration of the internship

Displays the ability to work effectively in both a collaborative team structure and independently

Demonstrates strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Possesses strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
