YOUR ROLE

Assist Operations by implementing manufacturing improvements in:


  • Manufacturing process safety controls and procedures 

  • Ergonomics, manual handling, working at heights, man/machine interfaces, workplace design and flow, engineering standards, etc.

  • Research, justify and implement new processes and equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

YOUR SKILLS


  • Education: BA/BS (Engineering, Technical, Chemical) 

  • Experience: 10+ years in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Working knowledge of safe manufacturing standards and best practices. 

  • Strong communication both written and visual representations, technical design knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary. 

  • Effective team player in a hands-on, quick pace environment 

  • Positive attitude and being a self-starter is essential 

  • Up-to-date computer skills including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

  • Ability to use various CAD programs is beneficial Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to travel to tool vendor locations 

  • Potential to be on travel assignment up to 10% Working Conditions: Extended hours required when necessary.
