Greenheck s Product Display Tech will interact with internal and external customer, including Greenheck s executive teams, management, engineers and manufacturing representatives. This highly visible and unique role will have the opportunity to assist in the creation of product samples for every part of the business and maintain and distribute inventory to business partners. Our Product Center Tech will be traveling across North America to provide our partners with our Mobile Learning Centers (MLC) for learning purposes.

As the Product Display Tech, you re responsible for:

* Drive MLC semitrailer to various Greenheck partnered intendent mechanical representatives across the US and Canada

* Build samples and demos of new product as requested

* Work with and direct others who assist with product display group tasks, such as part-time employees and co-ops

* Maintain portal library of stock sample and demo inventory

* Maintain and build reusable crates for sample shipping and return.

* Fabrication of materials for samples and demos

* Train employees on the safe operation of all Education Center vehicles.

* Responsible for vehicle maintenance and up keep of MLC, mini-MLC and Education Center vehicles.

* Coordination of company vehicle maintenance, including fueling, oil changes and washing

* Assist with preparation and tear down of the Service Training Area

* Provide support and assistance within the Education Center as required

* Maintain travel records, expense account for corporate credit card purchases

* Fly to and from locations to drive MLC

* Operation of Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) for commercial vehicles

* Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations

* Facilitate training sessions for MLC by utilizing instructional manual

Minimum qualifications:

* Hold current Commercial Driver s Licenses (CDL) and Fed DOT Medical Card

* +3 years of related work experience (including driving a semi-trailer)

* Acquire passport for travel to Canada

* Technical experience with Greenheck products is preferred

* Flexibility to travel as needed, can be gone for 2-3 weeks/month

* Mechanical aptitude

* Knowledge of driving truck/trailer combinations and mechanically include to diagnose problems that might occur on the road

* Ability to make independent decisions and exercise problem solving skills

* Basic knowledge of fabrication machinery

* Ability to navigate through Microsoft Office Suite and in house software such as SAP, JIRA, Concur

* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

* Ability to handle multiple priorities
