Position is anticipated to include 50% domestic air travel to customer sites, but travel level may vary depending on the needs of the business.

Our team offers state-of-the-art Management of Change and training solutions covering a variety of formats and methods. The focus lies primarily on making sure that all people involved have access to the right information, understand their role in the changed world, and have the skills and knowledge to perform.

Migrating to new technologies often also means significant change to the people using the new tools and applying new processes. HPE Pointnext Education designs and delivers Management of Change (MoC) and people development services for HPE's clients to support those transformations.

As the Management of Change Consultant, you will work on a worldwide level with a focus on the US, in close cooperation with the local sales and delivery teams. You will take care of client engagements from end-to-end, working with them to understand their needs, design specific solutions to guide them through their transformation and lead the delivery of those services. You will build on HPE’s own Management of Change Framework which is specifically designed to support organizational transformations and cultural change in an IT context. You will work with your peers on developing new services and extending the existing service framework in an innovative and agile setting.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with the products we deliver and support, while continuing to grow your experience as a Management of Change Consultant, which can lead to future careers within HPE.


In this role, you will:

  • pro-actively cooperate with sales, other HPE business units, and partners

  • build and maintain client relationships

  • identify and follow-up on business opportunities

  • assess client's change needs and requirements

  • design MoC solutions and create commercial proposals

  • deliver presentations to clients and at events

  • lead MoC workshops and make presentations to senior management

  • develop new MOC services

  • train, coach and mentor peers in all kinds of HPE organizations on MoC

  • perform other duties as needed or assigned

Education and Experience Required

  • 8+ years’ experience in Management of Change, proven in a variety of projects

  • Bachelor’s degree desired, or offsetting experience (see below)

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Without a Bachelor’s (or higher level ) degree, an additional two years’ relevant experience for a total of 10+ years

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience client consulting or sales skills

  • Understanding client business challenges and turning them into business opportunities

  • Solid knowledge in the area of adult education and training

  • Strong presentation skills, including at Executive level

  • Strong communication and conflict management

  • Excellent team player

  • Experience working in international teams
