Daily Job Responsibilities:

This position supports the Recruiting team with Offers, BIs, tracking, Reporting, and other administrative tasks

* When required create requisitions in the ATS (Taleo) from job descriptions provided by the hiring managers

* Generate offer letters,and send to applicants along with all new hires paperwork

* Maintain all employee personnel files to include new hire documents on the T Drive until Start Date

* Post job requisitions utilizing Phacil's applicant tracking system (ATS) and to various job boards

* Maintain job board postings

* Manage recruiting and compliance data and reports within the ATS

* Generate background checks, confirm standards for hiring, and ensure completion prior to start date being set

* Collect and analyze data for audits and reporting

* Creating Weekly Recruiting Report and other reports as required

* Maintain Employee Referral records and payments due

* Review contents of the Jobs.com mailbox

* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

* Working with temp to hire vendors as needed

* Sending out Welcome email with appropriate documents

* Ability to use Adobe Professional to manage documents

* Adding candidate records to the designated Drive (resume, application, Offer Letter, HireRight Documents, New Hire Start Date email……)

Required Skills:

* Detail oriented, motivated, team player and ability to multi-task daily

* ATS experience (Taleo highly desired)

* Update tracking status in ATS for active candidates (Offer Extended, Offer Accepted, Start Date)

* Update Req status: Pending Start, Filled, Closed to ensure accuracy in reporting

* Ability to meet strict deadlines by prioritizing tasks and projects appropriately

* Understanding of company benefits to be able to explain to candidates

* Ability to handle candidate information confidentially

* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint) and /Office 365

* Excellent oral and written communications skills

* Ability to work beyond 8 hrs per day or 40 hours per week when necessary (new contract awards)

Degree Required/Equivalent Experience w/o degree:

* Education - HS Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, IT

* 1-3 years' experience in recruiting and/or human resources

* Certifications a plus
