Ensure each guest receives outstanding service
by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every
guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other
components of guest service.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and
practices, including safety, signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales
transactions and maintain proper cash accountability at POS registers.
Resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner
and/or escalates to management as necessary.
Maintain professional appearance in accordance
with the company dress code policy.
Knows, follows, and enforces all state and local
laws regarding lottery, cigarettes and alcohol sales.
