Job Description:

·    In 1917, the University of Oklahoma’s School of Public and
Private Business was one of the first schools west of the Mississippi River to
be accredited by AACSB International. This formed into the College of Business
Administration in 1928, which was named the Michael F. Price College of
Business in 1997 in honor of Michael F. Price, a major benefactor and graduate
of the school (BBA 1973). In Fall of 2017, the Graduate School of Business was
renamed the Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business (GRGSB), relocating to a
new 27,000 square-foot flagship facility located in the heart of Oklahoma City
at OU’s University Research Park on the Health Sciences Center campus.
Strategically anchored between the downtown energy and financial sectors to the
west and the growing healthcare and aerospace sectors to the east, the facility
is now home to OU’s full-time and professional MBA programs.

To emphasize the outcome-oriented philosophy of the OU MBA,
the Center for Graduate Student Success was formed to provide MBA students with
the necessary support services, professional development programs and
initiatives to enhance career success throughout the candidate to student to

Additional responsibilities include: developing a yearly recruitment and

  • Develop and implement strategic alumni engagement plans, including alumni involvement in recruitment activities at various stages of the funnel, and the creation of testimonial videos and other promotional materials.

  • Build relationships with organizations that support diversity and inclusion: international admissions consultants, the Military, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, National Black MBA, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and schools with large underrepresented groups (i.e. African American, Hispanic American, and Native American) that could be a source of talent for the MBA programs.
  • Support the evaluation of completed MBA applications and make recommendations for action.
  • Represent the Gene Rainbolt GSB in industry-wide conferences and events such as the GMAC Annual Conference to establish presence and affect reputation among peer institutions.

Enterprise Collaboration
