The Team Leader - Coaches is responsible for creating and delivering solutions to support the implementation of Crown Castle’s investment in our people leader channel, through the levers of talent, innovation, and culture.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a leadership team building the infrastructure for the digital transformation of the U.S. The role requires a combination of skills and experience in business strategy, finance, innovation and leadership with significant experience in change management, coaching and building organizational alignment.
The Team Leader is responsible for building executive level relationships across the company and within Business Support, especially with the Innovation and Learning team and other product owners. This role will lead a team of 5 to 7 coaches who are aligned geographically to grow organizational capabilities across the company.
