DESCRIPTION SHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)

SCHEDULE: Full-time

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, a Registered Nurse, Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Medical Practitioner, the LPN provides direct patient care according to nursing skill level, knowledge and licensure. The LPN is responsible and held accountable for his/her own actions within the State mandated realm of practice.

Graduate of an accredited LPN school

Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Utah
Certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
CPI certification required within 90 days of hire

Prefer one year chemical dependency/psychiatric experience or a strong desire to learn skills affiliated with this field.
