Position Summary

This position directs Corporate Decision Support, Financial Planning and Capital Planning. The team produces the organization s financial plan and manages the process to establish capital availability and allocation of invested capital. Responsibility also includes financial modeling of strategic system initiatives, maintenance of the organization s cost accounting system and profitability reporting and analysis. This position routinely reports to and interacts with multiple senior management forums. Accordingly, highly developed communication skills and executive presence is necessary.

In depth knowledge of the business of healthcare and experience as a leader working with hospital operations to achieve results. Essential skills include presentation and communication, strategic and progressive thinking, change management, relationship development and management, team development and management, project management and broad system thinking.
