GlobalFoundries is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager with a passion for using, evangelizing and shaping great B2B marketing for our differentiated technology platforms. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that requires strong partnerships with our BU offering management and market research teams and WW Sales Team to conceive and execute a strategy that successfully drives design wins commensurate with our financial goals and positions GlobalFoundries as the foundry of choice for our key growth markets.
The Technical Product Marketing Manager will ensuring that the WW Sales Team has the product training, knowledge, tools, sales strategy, resource access and opportunities to deliver a consistent value-based messaging to our clients in order to win designs and capture value for our products. In addition, this role is responsible for outbound product messaging that ensures establishment of GlobalFoundries as a thought leader in the industry and creates pull for our technology offerings.
***Position will be based at our Santa Clara, CA Office***
Essential Responsibilities :
Â• Developing & executing the product marketing strategy aligned with/supporting our BU Attack Plans
Â• Creating materials for value creation/value capture selling through development of comprehensive sales tool kits including presentations, website, webinars, thought leadership collaterals, demos and other collateral/marketing assets
Â• Develop demos and proof points in support of value propositions and competitive positioning.
Â• Develop product marketing roadmaps and launch criteria/methodology to align to sales enablement and outbound marketing.
Â• Developing training programs and training the sales team to ensure sales competency in required areas and solutions including defining metrics/KPIs
Â• Translate technical details into value propositions including needs and benefits statements for our clients and their clients
Â• Working with market research to understand market trends to position products
Â• Work with offering management and R&D to understand competitive offerings to develop compelling competitive positioning statements, proof points, demos.
Â• Work with BU, fabs and partners to develop demo plan
Â• Develop product marketing strategies including outbound communications plan, events plans and product launch plans
Â• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels
Â• Work with corporate communications on outbound message timing and channel strategies
Â• You will be working across organization boundaries to achieve results and can lead large projects with minimal supervision
Â• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Â• Ability to perform basic financial analysis

Â• Perform all activities in a safe ad responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Â• Bachelorâ€™s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in a Technical Discipline; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
Â• 1-2 Yearâ€™s Relevant Experience (ex: Sales Enablement, Sales Training and Product Marketing)
Â• Prior Experience with salesforce.com
Â• Prior Experience understanding of the Foundry Industry
Â• Up to 30% Travel Required
Â• Language Fluency â€" English (Written & Verbal)
Â• Strong Technical Writing Skills
Â• Ability to effectively communication with all levels of the organization
