Full time in Richmond, VA
Rate: $57,000 minimum annual + great benefits!


  • Create and collaborate on high-level design projects, as well as create low-level, one-off or templatized design projects.  Work out technical details of an established visual direction, and oversee junior designers/vendors to design and produce creative deliverables. 

  • Create low-level, one-off or templatized design projects.  This includes creating low priority designs with quick turnaround times, based on requirements from all sections of IMB. ​

  • In coordination with organizational elements determining applicable strategies, assist in establishing overall visual and messaging direction of events, campaigns and products.

  • Oversee assigned projects, including discovering and arranging contract designers, photographers, writers, and videographers to bring strategy into reality.


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in full time graphic design for organization

  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, AfterEffects, Lightroom and Premier

  • SBC knowledge

  • Advanced process/project management

  • Advanced technical skills

  • Advanced written and oral communication

  • Professional portfolio of work
