Supports activities within the digitaltool use Analysis function. The function is responsible for measuring, managing and analyzing the use of our digital tools, behavior patterns, and performance to maximize its effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI). Provides reporting on new features, current functionality and customer feedback and activities through the identification, monitoring and interpretation of KBIIs (Key Behavior Indicators).

Responsibilities

  • Has accountability for the reporting results of analytic tools .
  • Support projects and activities to develop analytics support (reporting needs, data sources, automation of BI reporting tools)
  • Develop methods to measure user behaviors within UL's digital tools to be used in identifying future improvements.
  • Support projects and activities to develop frameworks and approaches to effectively create stories with data that help stakeholders better understand performance, gain insights, and make measurable changes
  • Support projects and activities to optimize analytics system configuration - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing technologies (mostly Google)
  • Support projects and activities to develop frameworks and approaches to design effective data visualizations that are both informative and concise


Qualifications

  • Generally 2 Years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency

  • Analytical skills
  • Capabilities and experience working with cross-functional peers. Team player.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (certification is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of data storytelling experience using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or other enterprise data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation experience using any of the above platforms.
