Cantor Fitzgerald: Recruiting Coordinator

Cantor Fitzgerald is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Lateral Recruitment Team in finding exceptional people for our growing organization . The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for a number of recruiting functions within Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Partners. The position will also be responsible for assisting with the coordination of our undergraduate and summer internship recruitment and programs.

Maintains application process - including resume collection, resume review, room bookings, interview logistics, candidate travel (as needed), and capturing offers
Creates and manages requisitions through the full-life cycle process via our applicant tracking system
Manages and coordinates communication with candidates regarding scheduling, feedback and candidate experience
Posts and maintains lateral and campus openings on both internal and external career sites, campus sites and other platforms
Provides support to the recruitment department and campus team to include tracking and reporting on candidate application and management of candidates throughout the process (offers, acceptances, etc.) to ensure reporting accuracy
Schedules interviews for full-time candidates at our New York offices
Books conference rooms, arranges technology set-ups and manages calendars for on-site interviews
Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
1-2 years (including internships) of recruiting or human resources experience in a fast-paced environment; campus recruitment experience is a plus
Experience within a Financial Services organization is preferred
Experience with Taleo or another applicant tracking software is a plus
A strong sense of urgency and superior client service skills
Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents - candidates, team members and with senior business leaders
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
