PREMIER Bankcard is looking for an individual who will ensure adherence to department guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed by the staff. Qualified candidate will coordinate system reviews to ensure credit card processing remains within industry standards and regulation guidelines. Must keep abreast on industry changes/advances. Candidate will need to analyze and recommend technological enhancements and changes to vendor relationships to maintain efficient and effective automation processes.

Compensation and Schedule
Competitive pay based on prior work experiences.
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Some travel may be required.
Develop and manage a $45m annual budget. Ensure there are budgetary controls in place.
Oversee supervision of staff, providing frequent performance feedback. sessions, coaching for improvements when needed, conduct performance and salary reviews.
Provide direction and assistance to staff members to ensure career growth opportunity and cross-training within the department.
Demonstrate managerial courage to provide feedback and address concerns.
Conduct interviews for new/replacement hires.
Formally present system enhancement recommendations to senior management.
Oversee that proper work efforts and approvals are taken related to maintenance, testing and implementations of Adaptive Control System strategies.
Ensure proper handling of all departmental PDRs submitted.
Work with MasterCard and Visa to insure compliance with rules and regulations as is applicable. Assist with billings from both brands to stay within budget.
Maintain working relationships with the 4 credit reporting agencies
Proactively manage the business to minimize regulatory and audit matters.
Effectively manage risks.
Capability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
Build relationships to gain shared success with other cross functional departments.
Ability to work under pressure.
Elevate and bring closure to issues impacting the business.
Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
Skills and Qualifications
7-10 years Credit Card experience required
Possess strong PC skills (Word, Excel and FDR)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to concentrate and work independently.
Must demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, strong analytical, time management skills, and be able work well with people.
Capacity to learn, adapt to change, self-motivated and become proficient quickly.
Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold The PREMIER Way.
