v Administrative Coordinator - Core Responsibilities
• Support team/office workflow processes
• Shared responsibility of company phone calls
• Distribution of company mail
• Oversee office conference room scheduling through Outlook
• Greet guests
• Perform a daily review of the shared departmental emails and appropriately distribute to team as required. Use our color-code process. Shared responsibility with Admin team
• SalesForce updates when directed
• Responsible for scheduling project inspections between clients and utility representatives
• Promote a teamwork environment
• Work with third-party bill pay accounts and proprietary platforms
• Help team where directed and provide follow-up on incentive applications as required
• Build strong, positive relationships within the industry
• Maintain enhancements of SalesForce quality control initiatives

v Rebate Support
• Shared responsibility for project follow-ups as directed by SalesForce tasks
• Participate in company/department meetings as required
• Develop industry knowledge and share with team
• Assist Analysts and Management with support as needed
• Represent Schneider Electric and R&I team in a professional manner

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Internet and Outlook, Excel, Word
• Organizational skills are essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving skills
• Create and present alternative solutions
• Ability to work independently, self-directed while offering team support
• Mathematical & Analytical Skills
• Relevant experience in an appropriate field preferred: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability
